Scope of Application and Operator
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the handling of information relating to users of the Wiroh website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by 上田大樹, who conducts business under the name Wiroh (the “Operator”).

In connection with providing the Site, the following information may be transmitted or otherwise handled.
Technical Information Associated with Use of the Site

The Site does not provide account registration, login, applications for services, purchases, payments, an inquiry form, or functions that allow users to post content. Accordingly, the Operator does not collect account information, authentication information, payment information, or other user information through such functions.
External Services, Provision to Third Parties, External Transmission, and Cookies
Use of External Services
The Operator uses external services to deliver and maintain the Site, implement security measures, aggregate and analyze usage, and respond to inquiries by email.
Through these external services, the technical information associated with use of the Site or the information related to inquiries described in the preceding section may be handled to the extent necessary for the respective purposes. This information may also be processed outside Japan.
Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing
The Operator does not provide personal data to third parties except with the individual’s consent or as permitted by applicable law.
If the Operator engages an external service provider to process personal data to the extent necessary to operate the Site, the Operator will appropriately select that provider and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over it in accordance with applicable law.

The Site does not use cookies or other identification technologies to serve advertisements or track users across multiple websites.
The Site does not measure usage by storing cookies or data in localStorage on users’ devices for behavioral tracking. However, cookies necessary to deliver the Site, manage network communications, or maintain security may be set. Such cookies are not used to serve advertisements or track users across multiple websites.

Requests Concerning Retained Personal Data
Individuals may, in accordance with applicable law, request notification of the purposes of use of retained personal data relating to them; disclosure of such data; correction, addition, or deletion of its content; suspension of its use, erasure, or cessation of its provision to third parties; or disclosure of records concerning its provision to third parties.
The requests described above apply only to retained personal data with respect to which the Operator has authority to disclose, correct, suspend use, erase, or otherwise act. Depending on the request, the Operator may ask the requester to provide information to the extent necessary to identify the relevant information and verify the identity of the individual or the individual’s authorized representative.
The Operator will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. If no retained personal data subject to a request exists, the Operator will notify the requester accordingly. If disclosure using the method requested by the individual is difficult, the Operator will respond in accordance with applicable law, including by using an alternative method. If the Operator denies all or any part of a request, it will notify the requester of the denial and the reasons for it in accordance with applicable law.
