These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the Wiroh website (the “Site”), which is operated by an individual under the name Wiroh (the “Operator”).

The Site is provided for the purpose of introducing Wiroh’s business, activities, and other information. Users must use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, and notices provided on the Site.

The content published on the Site reflects information available at the time of publication. The Operator may, as necessary, change, add, or remove content, or suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site.

Where copyright, trademark, or other rights in text, images, AI-generated images, logos, designs, or other content published on the Site are recognized under applicable law, those rights belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders.

The Site includes content created using generative AI. Whether rights in such content are recognized under applicable law, and the scope of any such rights, may vary depending on the human creative contribution to each item of content and other circumstances.

Except where permitted by law or authorized by the rights holder, users must not reproduce, republish, modify, redistribute, or commercially use content from the Site. If separate terms of use are displayed for specific content, those terms take precedence.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Site:

• Conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations or is contrary to public policy
• Conduct that infringes any copyright, trademark right, privacy right, or other right or interest of the Operator or a third party
• Conduct that unlawfully accesses the Site or a system related to the Site, or exploits its vulnerabilities
• Conduct that places an excessive load on the Site or interferes with its operation
• Conduct that alters or falsifies the content or presentation of the Site and causes others to mistakenly believe that it is information provided or approved by the Operator

The Operator endeavors to keep information published on the Site accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, up to date, or continuously available.

The Operator is not liable for damages suffered by users as a result of using, or being unable to use, the Site, except where the Operator acted intentionally or negligently.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. However, this provision does not limit any rights of users that cannot be modified or excluded under the laws of their country or region of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
